Amy is an extremely talented recruiter who has definitely found her calling! A complete natural when it comes to bringing together the right candidates and employers. She seems to have the right knack of knowing exactly what we’re looking for in a candidate and more importantly, whether the candidate’s personality would be a good fit for our firm. The amount of time (and money!) Amy has saves us having to go through CV’s and interview candidates which were never going to be suitable cannot be underestimated. I’m at the stage where I trust Amy’s judgement completely. If she tells me I should interview a candidate then they get an interview. Period. Amy is very professional in the way she approaches her work but at the same time. her personality shines through and she provides that personal touch which is often lacking when I’ve dealt with other recruiters in the past. Obviously I have no hesitation in recommending Amy to anyone who asks.
